Jojoba Oil

10 Ways To Use Rich Earth Jojoba Oil

Do you want natural skin care? Here are some simple hacks for you, using Rich Earth Jojoba Oil. 100% Pure & Natural. Totally organic – so you can be confident there are no nasties.

Facial Moisturiser

Using jojoba oil during the day may make your face extra-shiny while the jojoba oil works its magic.

If you don’t want the shine, you can use Rich Eartmacadamia nut oil for the daytime (or Rich Earth Rose & Sandalwood Cream).

For a night-time facial treat, add a few drops of Rich Earth jojoba oil to your night-time moisturizer or use it on its down by spreading a few drops over your face and neck.

Help Manage Acne

Skin problems including acne breakouts may be reduced by regular use of jojoba oil. In one study, the addition of jojoba oil to a clay facial mask reduced numbers of acne lesions.

Jojoba helps to break down sebum, which blocks skin pores, making you more prone to acne.

For an enhanced effect, blend in a few drops of a Rich Earth essential oil such as manukageranium (for women) or cedarwood (for men) to help reduce bacteria and aid healing.

A Delightful Whole Body Moisturiser

After your shower, spread a few drops of Rich Earth jojoba oil on your hands, feet and other skin areas so your skin doesn’t get dry after stepping out of the shower.

Moisture will be sealed in keeping your skin silky-smooth all day.

Lip Balm

Apply to your lips as you would with regular lip balm to treat your dried, chapped lips.  If you’re a real DIY-er, mix with melted cocoa butter and pour into a small plastic pot with a few drops of vanilla essence.

Fingernail or Cuticle Treatment

Treat your dried cuticles around your fingernails by massaging with some Rich Earth jojoba oil.

Hair Conditioning Treatment

Add a few drops to your usual hair conditioner.

Or (our preferred option) for a “home-salon” treatment, follow these simple steps:

  1. Warm a little Rich Earth jojoba oil
  2. Blend with a few drops of ylang ylang oil.
  3. Massage into the scalp and hair.
  4. Wrap your hair in plastic film.
  5. Leave in for 20-30 minutes
  6. Shampoo as usual.

You’ll love the silky shine. And be confident you’ve done it totally chemical-free!

Pre-Shaving Treatment

Applying Rich Earth jojoba oil to your face or legs before applying shaving cream will prepare your skin for a smoother shave.

Your skin will also be super-soft skin when you are done.

Massage Oil

Suitable for all skin types – jojoba is not a nut, so it is an excellent choice for people with nut allergies. Add essential oils as desired.

As A Base for an All-Natural Perfume

Mix with a few drops of your favourite essential oil, such as RoseJasmine or Sandalwood to apply as a personal perfume.

Great Gift Idea

Note that RoseJasmine and Neroli are also available as pre-mixed dilutions for this very purpose.

Perfect to put in our gorgeous 10mL frosted roller-ball bottles.
